Interface ThemePathResolver

Functional Interface:
This is a functional interface and can therefore be used as the assignment target for a lambda expression or method reference.

Turns a theme id into the class path resource that holds its theme files, for VulkanThemeSource.

Implementations must return a path without a leading slash, in the form ClassLoader.getResources(String) takes, and must return the same path every time for the same id.
