Class
Description
The core AbsolutePanel.
When a button, checkbox, radio button, toggle switch, cycle button or tab acts: on the pointer press where the platform's Conventions.activateOnPress says so, and on the click otherwise, and on a press of Enter, keypad Enter or Space.
The checks a container makes before it takes a child, made ahead of time by a control that swaps one part for another, so a part it cannot take leaves the control as it was.
The core AnchorPanel.
The Animator of one root.
The core Appearances.
The core Avatar, a component with no children.
A count drawn as a small badge, with the shared badge.* keys: the number on "badge.background" in the "badge.text" style with "badge.padding" around it.
One line of spans in the order it is drawn, by the bidirectional algorithm of the JDK's Bidi (design 4.49).
One property of one component kept in step with a Source, made by Component.bind.
Something running that bindings leave their write-backs with until it ends: an animation.
The dirty bindings and watches of one root.
The layout a checkbox, a radio button and a toggle switch share: a box at the left edge, vertically centered, and a caption a gap to its right, centered on the box's middle.
Base class of Strata's own leaf controls, the counterpart of the public CustomComponent that developers extend.
Base class of Strata's own controls that are built from private parts, the counterpart of the public CustomComposite.
Base class of Strata's own panels and of controls whose children callers add and remove, the counterpart of the public CustomContainer.
The core BusyIndicator.
The core Button.
The core CalendarView.
The Painter that components draw with, passing each call to the engine's Canvas.
Draws a one-line caption centered in a control, cut where it would leave the control's clip area, and scrolled back and forth when the theme asks for it.
Strata's own cause stack, one per thread, used when the platform has none of its own.
The core CharEvent.
The core CheckBox.
The core CheckMenuItem: enabled and unchecked, with no shortcut and an action that does nothing until set.
Counts presses into single, double and triple clicks.
Reads and writes a platform's clipboard in transfers.

The core ComboBox.
How controls show and run Commands.
A built-in component whose commands run from their shortcuts while it is attached and shown, as a menu bar's do.

A control's report without a value.
A control that shows when a Binding through a converted key cannot convert its value, which Strata's Validatable controls are.
Core's ConverterFactory.
What core's popups, the menu and the flyout, offer a control that holds one and opens it for the user, beyond the public Popup.
A control that holds a popup.
Core's Strata.Provider, listed in META-INF/services so Strata finds it.
The core CycleButton.

The core GridPanel.
The core GridView.
Repeats an action while a pointer button is held on a part of a control, such as a spinner's step button or a scroll bar's track, on the key repeat timing: once KeyRepeater.INITIAL_DELAY_MILLIS after the press, then every KeyRepeater.INTERVAL_MILLIS.
The core Image.
The core InfoBar, a composite whose close button is a private child and whose action is content.
A built-in component that names what takes focus when it opens as a dialog, in place of its first tab stop, as a message box names its default button.
Text metrics that measure inline elements themselves and pass every other span to the engine's metrics, so an engine never sees an element.
A built-in menu bar that Alt pressed and released alone, or F10, moves to.
The core KeyEvent, for a key press, repeat or release.
Names key strokes for shortcut hints, as ComponentFactory.keyText describes.
Makes key repeats for engines that do not send them.
The core Label.
The context passed to measure and arrange hooks.

Measures ranges of the text being wrapped.
The core ListView.
Told the new and previous selected index of a routed list.

The core MenuItem: enabled, with no shortcut and an action that does nothing until set.
The core MenuSeparator.
The core MessageBox: a WindowImpl holding a column of the wrapped message and a right-aligned row of buttons, each MessageBoxImpl.BUTTON_WIDTH units wide, 4 units apart, unless the theme's metrics say otherwise.
A one-line caption that parses its mnemonic, as Mnemonics describes, measured twice: once with its markers taken out, and once with its mnemonic's letter underlined.
Finds the mnemonic of a caption: the letter after the first single underscore in its resolved text, as in "_File" or "Save _as".
A built-in component whose caption has a mnemonic that Alt with the letter acts on, as Root routes it.
The core ModifiersEvent.
One number a built-in control moves smoothly, such as a switch's knob or a list's scroll offset, through the host's animator with Easing.EASE_OUT.
Applies one value of a motion.
What core's navigation entries share: the view or item that holds them, and telling their view when they change.
The core NavigationHeader: its text and nothing else.
The core NavigationItem: enabled, selectable, collapsed, with no icon, badge, page or children, and an icon size of 16 by 16.
The core NavigationSeparator.
The core NavigationView, a composite of a private pane, a private toggle for the bar of NavigationView.DisplayMode.MINIMAL, and the page or content it shows, added as content.
Core's half of every component: state, layout bookkeeping and event routing.
Numbers as the translator's language writes them, for the spinner and the number converters, so the two show and read a number the same way.
The paint event of one component, serving as both Component.PAINT and Component.PAINTED.
The core PasswordTextBox.
Holds the platform's screen controller for the process: the one StrataCore.setScreenController was given, which Strata.screens() returns and which handles of hosts without an opener of their own open screens with, and the UI thread of the controller's platform, which Strata.uiThread() returns.
The cardinal plural rules of the Unicode CLDR for whole numbers, the part of them that counts need.
The core PointerButtonEvent, used for presses, releases and clicks.
